Kathy Contreras
Kathy Contreras, CPA, is a senior finance and accounting leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning public accounting and corporate controllership roles. She currently serves as Vice President, Controller at Zumba Fitness, where she oversees core accounting operations, financial reporting, close and consolidation, internal controls, system implementations, and complex global payment and revenue processes, and is responsible for all aspects of the consolidated financial statement audit. In her role, Kathy partners closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing clear, reliable financial insights to support business decision-making, while maintaining primary responsibility for accounting execution and governance. She is deeply focused on continuously reviewing processes, streamlining workflows, and implementing scalable solutions to drive efficiency, improve accuracy, and shorten close timelines in fast-paced, growing organizations. Prior to Zumba Fitness, Kathy held progressively senior accounting leadership roles and began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young, where she served as an Audit Manager working with both public and private companies across multiple industries. Her background includes extensive experience with external audits, SOX compliance, complex consolidations, and operational finance transformation. She serves on the Corporate Finance and Controllers Planning Committee for AICPA ENGAGE 2026. Kathy is a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Accounting degree from Florida State University.
Chris Gillette
Chris Gillette, CPA is Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Head of Environmental, Health & Safety at Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a Fortune 250 automotive retailer with $23 billion in annual revenue. In his role, Chris provides strategic leadership across global accounting, financial reporting, sustainability, and EHS functions, leading a team of more than 700 professionals. With more than two decades of experience, including senior leadership roles in public company finance and time as a Senior Manager at KPMG, Chris brings deep expertise in executive leadership, governance, operational transformation, M&A integration, and building high-performance teams. He regularly engages with boards, audit committees, and investors, and is passionate about strengthening organizational culture, organizational transformation, accountability, and safety excellence.
Aaron Siegel
Aaron is the U.S. Manager of Business Intelligence at Covestro, a world-leading supplier of high-tech polymer materials. He enables business users to make well-informed decisions through innovative reporting and analytic solutions. He focuses on efficiency, clarity, and delivering a high-quality user experience, consistently looking for ways to incorporate new technologies into established processes. He also serves as an AI Community Manager and consultant within Covestro's global Controlling/ FP&A organization, helping to drive AI adoption across the enterprise. Aaron has spent over 15 years at Covestro in varying Business Intelligence and FP&A roles, after beginning his career in sales. He also serves as a co-lead in the ACC's ChemITC Data & Analytics Networking Group. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective on bridging technical solutions with real-world business needs and delivering actionable insights that drive bottom-line impact.
