AICPA Emerging Leaders Award

In honor of Maximo Mukelabai, the Emerging Leaders Award was established in 2012 to acknowledge a CPA who has made significant contributions to the profession and their community.

AICPA Visionary Award

The AICPA Visionary Award celebrates accounting and finance professionals who are entrepreneurial and positively influence change in their organizations.

Standing Ovation Recognition Program

The AICPA’s Standing Ovation Program recognizes young CPAs who exhibit exemplary professional achievement in one or more of the following areas: business valuation, forensic accounting, information management and technology assurance or personal financial planning.

P. Thomas Austin PFP Division Scholarship

In honor of the CPA who has chaired the Advanced Estate Planning Conference for three decades. The scholarship will cover the registration fee and travel expenses of an emerging CPA to attend ENGAGE 2026.

Global Women to Watch

Women in leadership roles, or who have led teams or events, and have made significant contributions to the accounting profession are recognized throughout the year with the Global Women to Watch initiative.

CGMA® Finance Leadership Program

With the CGMA FLP, CGMA candidates can complete learning materials and assessments in a fully online platform. Knowledge assessments are completed throughout the Operational, Management, and Strategic Levels, and each level concludes with a case study exam. CGMA candidates can subscribe at any time of the year for a 1-, 2-, or 3-year subscription. The CGMA FLP can be completed in 1–3 years.

Emerging Professionals Initiatives Committee
